Ugh! PLEASE HELP!

Things are soooo confusing at school! There's this guy that I like that I think likes me back and I want to ask him out but there's this other guy that I used to like and am starting to have feelings for again who's acting like he likes me!!!! Please Help! I don't know what to do! And the second guy is really shy and quiet and it's hard to get him to start talking. So please post comments of advice to help me!!!!!!!!!!!
